About Us

Michael Büsch is responsible for the overall management of the company with a focus on marketing, sales and business development, finance and strategy. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the national and international IT consulting business. He was responsible for strategic account management in various companies. In 1996, Michael founded one of the first Internet agencies in Germany. This is one of the reasons why he is now a sought-after speaker at digital conferences as a digital pioneer. In 2005, Michael took over the management of the Business Applications division at Skytec AG. In 2011, he founded blu Portals & Applications GmbH, now blu BEYOND GmbH, as one of two managing directors. Michael Büsch has been on the Management Board of blu Gruppe AG since 2018. In his private life, Michael enjoys mountaineering and ski touring. When he's not in the great outdoors, he works on classic cars in his workshop, demonstrating his passion for great challenges and precision.

Jan Haskamp is responsible for parts of the operational business and is in charge of delivery and HR at blu BEYOND. He financed his scientific studies with his first media agency and has remained loyal to this industry over the years. After holding various project management and leadership positions at Friendscout24, he moved into the area of corporate management. He can now look back on decades of experience and many successful customer projects. Jan has been with blu BEYOND since 2016 and has been involved in the development and optimization of internal processes. He has been a member of the management team here since 2024. Jan likes to spend his free time traveling extensively, in nature and on his bike. He loves good food and an exciting book.
