Digital innovation is complex – true. But it’s certainly not rocket science. If you decide to work with us, we will guide you to your goal in three phases. And 100 days later, your first end-to-end digital service will be conquering new markets.
Where the magic happens ... After a short review we cut to the chase: In close collaboration with your departments we develop a new digital business model, connect your devices, make sure you have suitable hardware, and develop your IoT prototype. This is how we proceed in the first phase:
See what others do well, analyze your own digital maturity, and eliminate any potential obstacles in advance. The readiness check helps us figure out where best to start.
We look at profitable IoT business models and identify their key success factors. If applicable, we adapt the patterns to your individual situation, and develop business ideas on that basis. Then we check the profitability, and plan the implementation. At the end of this second phase, you have a validated business model concept.
We assess what's technically feasible, and connect up to ten devices end to end. For the technical proof of concept we play our trump card - our custom IoT framework. Where others lose a lot, our clients gain valuable innovation time.
The faster you learn, the better the product: To this end, we develop pilot processes with a team of end users and strategists. Experienced UI/UX experts do their visual front-end magic. Our customer-oriented mindset, use of co-creation methods and design thinking are worth their weight in gold in this particular phase.
The prototype (MVP) is ready for implementation using our pre-built framework. Then the first digital service goes live. After 100 days, with no tricks at all. We perform tests to validate adoption and business value.
You want to turn your tested prototype into a marketable product. This is where our agile DevOps team steps in. And where the 20 years of IT experience of blu BEYOND pay off for you.
We develop your end-to-end IoT service according to your needs using microservices. Feature by feature. Then we integrate the digital innovation into your existing IT infrastructure.
Complex, custom projects require wise contracts. We work with you to find the right approach - in a fair and agile manner.
And the operation of your systems? We've got it! In order to guarantee maximum security and availability, we clarify in advance:
Whether on Amazon, Google or Azure, within your own infrastructure or on a leased server - we will find the best solution for you.
Make use of our individual service models, and benefit from automated tests, precise release planning, and fast troubleshooting.
We set up customized reporting tools and multi-device access to your monitoring data.
We are happy to run your application as a managed service. Find out more about the benefits of our SLA models.
