The Customer Need
Paperless lab processes | The customer wanted to expand the company-wide LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) with additional functionalities—without modifying the application itself. These use cases were intended to replace core processes that were still being carried out on paper with digital workflows. To reduce manual effort, all use cases were to be deeply integrated into the company-wide LIMS.

Implementation of a web service to integrate the (legacy) enterprise MES into the LIMS
Deep integration of all decentralized systems into the LIMS. In each project, our experts were involved in all relevant phases—from process analysis and implementation to test automation and validation support
