Idea Snapshot: We make your idea visible
Idea Snapshot turns your digitalization idea into a clickable prototype. Free. Tangible. Ready to decide on.
From app to CRM to workflow: your idea is waiting to be seen

Over the past few years, I've worked on a lot of digitalization projects. Across different industries, different companies, different levels of maturity. Large corporations with their own IT departments, mid-sized businesses just starting to digitalize, teams that have been working for years with standard software that was never built for them.
In many of these projects, there was an idea somewhere at the beginning that excited everyone. Sometimes it had already passed through several hands before it reached us. Through meetings, concept papers, decision-making processes. And yet it still wasn't tangible enough to really move forward.
Why your idea dies the moment you say it out loud
We think we've communicated an idea once we've written it down. A concept paper. A 40-slide presentation. A requirements document that took three weeks to produce and gets questioned at the very first stakeholder meeting.
The outcome: a lot of work, very little impact. Because the format isn't right.
Text describes what someone imagines. But people only truly understand something when they can see it.
The moment everyone sees the same thing
That's the moment projects really come to life. Not in the kick-off meeting. Not in the concept paper. But when someone points at a draft and says: that's exactly what I mean. Or: no, I actually mean this — and suddenly it's clear that everyone has been talking past each other for weeks.
I remember teams that spent months debating requirements, priorities, and responsibilities — and then aligned in twenty minutes after a single session with a clickable prototype. The prototype wasn't perfect. But for the first time, it gave everyone the same picture. And suddenly it was clear what they'd actually been discussing all along.
Examples from practice: the ideas we make visible
Sales cockpit instead of standard CRM
What if your CRM could give you exactly the insights that matter for your sales process — not the insights of a standard product built for thousands of other companies at the same time? In this Idea Snapshot, an initial idea became an individual sales cockpit prototype: with metrics on target achievement, pipeline, buyer coverage, account structure, and strategic deal quality. Is it worth developing a CRM add-on or a new reporting tool? That's exactly what the Idea Snapshot is for.

ERP extension for production
A production manager wants to see machine downtime in real time — directly in the ERP, without switching between three systems. The prototype shows what an integrated overview page could look like, which data sources would be needed, and whether a full dashboard is worth it or whether lean reporting is enough.
Internal app instead of Excel chaos
A team is tracking project status, customer communication, and open tasks across five different Excel spreadsheets. The idea: a lean internal app. The Idea Snapshot makes visible which views are actually needed — and why the solution is often smaller and more affordable than expected.
Workflow automation, used precisely
A sales team wants to automate their proposal process — but no one knows where the real bottleneck is. The prototype maps the workflow visually, identifies the one manual step that accounts for 80% of the time, and gives the team a shared language for the problem for the first time.
How a vague thought becomes a decision-ready proposal
In a short session, you walk us through your idea — no matter how early in the process, no matter how vague. We ask questions, listen, and translate what we hear into a clickable prototype. At the follow-up session, you see the result. Concrete enough to create clarity internally. Compelling enough to drive decisions — at management level, within the team, with the client. No concept paper, no project proposal, no commitment to continue working with us afterward. You get your prototype. What you do with it is up to you.
